Financial Policy

Payment for Oral Surgery services is collected at the time of your appointment. For your convenience, we accept Mastercard, Visa, Debit or Cash

Fees for the initial consultation visit are to be paid in full. A claim will be submitted on your behalf to your plan if you have provided appropriate plan information. Your dental plan will issue reimbursement directly to the insured person if your policy covers these expenses.

Surgical fees will be quoted at the time of the consultation. Preauthorization for treatment will be submitted to your dental plan; most plans will respond within 7 – 10 days. Upon written receipt of preauthorization, we will accept assignment of benefits from the majority of plans. However, please note that there are a select few plans that we no longer can accept assignment of benefits from and as such, fees would be required to be paid in full. Claims would still be submitted on your behalf and reimbursement would be made to the insured person from the plan.

It is advisable that those who are responsible for financial decisions about a patient’s treatment be present at the initial consultation appointment.
